1 Definitions

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms carry the meanings assigned below:

• Platform means the idn77 website, mobile-optimized interface, and all associated services accessible at https://idn77.cam.
• Member means any individual who has completed registration and holds an active account on the idn77 Platform.
• Account means the personal member account created upon successful registration, used to access all idn77 Platform services.
• Wager / Bet means any stake placed by a Member on a sports event, casino game, togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draw, crash game, or any other gaming product offered through the Platform.
• Funds means the Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp) balance held in a Member's Account, comprising deposited funds and any credited bonus funds.
• Bonus Funds means any promotional credit, free bet, or bonus balance awarded to a Member subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• KYC means Know Your Customer — the identity and documentation verification process applied by idn77 to confirm Member eligibility and prevent fraud and money laundering.
• Wagering Requirement means the number of times a Member must play through a bonus amount before any resulting winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• Self-Exclusion means a voluntary mechanism by which a Member requests suspension of access to their Account for a defined or indefinite period to manage problem gambling behaviour.
• Force Majeure means any event beyond the reasonable control of idn77, including but not limited to natural disasters, government orders, power outages, internet infrastructure failures, or acts of war.

2 Eligibility

Access to and use of the idn77 Platform is restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout their membership:

1. Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. idn77 strictly enforces this minimum age threshold in accordance with responsible gaming principles and applicable international licensing standards. Any Member found to be under 21 years of age will have their Account immediately suspended and any Funds held pending further review.
2. Residency: You must be a resident of Indonesia at the time of registration. idn77 targets and serves the Indonesian market. Access from jurisdictions where online gaming is explicitly prohibited may be blocked at the Platform's discretion.
3. Legal Capacity: You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to your place of residence. Individuals who are legally incapacitated, under guardianship, or otherwise restricted from entering binding agreements are not permitted to register.
4. Single Account: You may hold only one active Account on the idn77 Platform. Registration of multiple accounts by the same individual constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any Funds therein.
5. Not Self-Excluded: You must not have previously activated or be currently subject to a Self-Exclusion restriction on the idn77 Platform or any affiliated platform.

3 Account Registration

To access idn77's services, you must complete the registration process accurately and in full. By submitting a registration application, you represent and warrant that:

• All information provided during registration — including your full legal name, date of birth, Indonesian residential address, and valid contact details — is accurate, current, and complete.
• You will maintain the accuracy of your registration information and promptly update it should any details change.
• You are registering for your own personal use only and will not allow any third party to access or operate your Account.
• You have not previously had an Account closed or suspended by idn77 for a breach of these Terms.

idn77 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason. Approved registration does not constitute a guarantee of continued access; idn77 may restrict, suspend, or close an Account at any time where a breach of these Terms is suspected or confirmed.

Members are responsible for keeping their login credentials — including username and password — strictly confidential. You must notify idn77 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account.

4 Account Security

Maintaining the security of your Account is your personal responsibility. idn77 strongly recommends the following security practices:

• Use a strong, unique password that is not reused across other platforms.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where offered.
• Never share your login credentials with any other person.
• Log out of your Account after each session, particularly when accessing the Platform from a shared or public device.
• Regularly review your account activity and transaction history for any anomalies.

idn77 will never contact you by email, live chat, or any other channel to request your password. Any communication purporting to be from idn77 and requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

All Wagers placed from your Account — regardless of whether they were placed by you personally or by an unauthorised party — are deemed to have been placed by you unless you have reported a security breach to idn77 prior to those Wagers being settled. idn77 accepts no liability for losses resulting from a Member's failure to adequately secure their Account credentials.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the idn77 Platform are processed exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). idn77 does not charge currency conversion fees. The following conditions apply to deposits and withdrawals:

5.1 Supported Payment Channels

idn77 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following local Indonesian payment channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, OVO, GoPay, DANA, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. idn77 reserves the right to add or remove payment channels at any time with reasonable notice provided to Members.

5.2 Deposit Conditions

• The minimum deposit amount is Rp 25.000 per transaction.
• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in the Member's own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• Deposits are credited to the Member's Account upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider. Processing times vary by channel, but most deposits are credited within 15 minutes.
• idn77 is not responsible for delays caused by the Member's bank or e-wallet provider.

5.3 Withdrawal Conditions

• Withdrawals must be requested to a payment account registered in the same name as the idn77 Account. idn77 will reject withdrawal requests to third-party accounts.
• KYC verification must be completed before a Member's first withdrawal is processed. Required documents typically include a government-issued national identity card (KTP) and may include proof of address and payment account ownership.
• Withdrawal requests are processed during WIB (Western Indonesia Time, UTC+7) business hours. Standard processing time is under 15 minutes for verified accounts. VIP members may qualify for expedited same-business-day processing.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000 per transaction. Maximum withdrawal limits per day and per transaction are displayed in the Member's Account dashboard.
• idn77 reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing pending additional verification where fraud or money laundering is suspected.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

idn77 offers various promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions aligned to Indonesian cultural events such as Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, and Independence Day. The following conditions apply to all bonuses:

• Transparency: Full bonus terms — including wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible games, validity period, and maximum withdrawal limits — are displayed at the point of bonus activation. idn77 does not apply conditions that were not disclosed at the time of activation.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, only one active bonus may be held in a Member's Account at any time. Opting in to a new bonus while a previous bonus remains active may result in forfeiture of the prior bonus balance.
• Wagering Requirements: Standard Wagering Requirements range from 5x to 30x depending on the promotion type. Specific requirements are stated in each offer's individual terms.
• Abuse Prevention: Bonuses are intended for recreational use by genuine Members. idn77 monitors accounts for bonus abuse patterns including, but not limited to, the use of multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, low-risk hedging strategies to satisfy wagering requirements, and collusion with other Members. Any Member found engaging in bonus abuse will forfeit all associated bonus funds and may have their Account suspended.
• Expiry: All bonus funds and free bets have an expiry date. Unexpired bonus funds that have not met the applicable Wagering Requirement by the expiry date will be removed from the Member's Account automatically.
• Modification: idn77 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time. Members with an active bonus at the time of modification will be notified of material changes.

7 Betting Rules & Fair Play

All games and wagering products on the idn77 Platform — including sports betting, live casino, slot games, togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery), crash games, and sabung ayam (live cockfighting streams, where available) — are governed by individual product rules published within each game interface. The following general rules apply platform-wide:

• RNG Certification: All non-live games operate using a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been independently audited. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are disclosed in each game's information panel.
• Bet Acceptance: idn77 reserves the right to decline, limit, or void any Wager at its discretion, including where a technical error has resulted in incorrect odds or payouts being displayed.
• Manifest Errors: In the event of a manifest technical error — such as a game malfunction, incorrect market data feed, or software fault — idn77 reserves the right to void affected Wagers and refund the staked amount to the Member's Account.
• Sports Betting: Markets including bandar bola (Asian handicap football wagering) and mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator bets) are subject to the specific sportsbook rules applicable to each event and market type.
• Live Casino: Games managed by live dealers via video stream (including those powered by Evolution Gaming and similar providers) are subject to studio-level rules. In the event of a disconnection, bets already confirmed and accepted prior to disconnection will stand.
• Collusion and Cheating: Any use of automated betting software (bots), exploit scripts, or coordinated collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

8 Responsible Gaming

idn77 is committed to promoting safe, responsible, and enjoyable gaming. Gambling is a form of entertainment and should never be used as a method to generate income or recover financial losses. Members are encouraged to set personal limits and to take advantage of the responsible gaming tools available on the Platform:

• Deposit Limits: Members may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps from the Account settings panel. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Members may set maximum loss thresholds for defined periods. Once the threshold is reached, wagering activity is automatically suspended for the remainder of that period.
• Session Timers: Members may configure session duration alerts and automatic logouts to help manage time spent on the Platform.
• Self-Exclusion: Members may voluntarily exclude themselves from the Platform for a minimum period of 30 days up to a permanent exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the active exclusion window.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the idn77 Platform. Any Member found to be engaging in prohibited conduct will be subject to immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Funds, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information.
• Registering more than one Account or allowing another person to register on your behalf.
• Using the Platform while under 21 years of age.
• Using automated software, bots, scrapers, or scripts to interact with the Platform.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime through the use of Platform services.
• Depositing funds obtained through illegal means.
• Attempting to reverse, charge back, or dispute any legitimate transaction made through the Platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities for financial gain without reporting them to idn77.
• Colluding with other Members, dealers, or third parties to manipulate game outcomes.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing idn77 staff or other Members via any communication channel.

10 Intellectual Property

All content available on the idn77 Platform — including but not limited to the idn77 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, software, game interfaces, text, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of idn77 or its licensed third-party providers, including game studios such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal recreational purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not extend to reproduction, redistribution, modification, reverse engineering, or commercial exploitation of any Platform content. Any unauthorised use of idn77's intellectual property may constitute an infringement of applicable intellectual property laws.

11 Limitations of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, idn77 excludes all liability for losses or damages — direct, indirect, consequential, punitive, or exemplary — arising from or in connection with:

• A Member's use of or inability to access the Platform, including losses attributable to scheduled or unscheduled maintenance.
• Interruptions to internet connectivity, mobile data service, or device performance beyond idn77's reasonable control.
• Force Majeure events as defined in Section 1 of these Terms.
• A Member's failure to comply with any provision of these Terms.
• The actions, content, or conduct of any third-party game provider integrated within the Platform.
• Any reliance placed by a Member on odds, statistics, game information, or promotional content displayed on the Platform.

Where liability cannot be fully excluded under applicable law, idn77's total aggregate liability to any Member in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Member in the 30 calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which idn77 holds its international operating licence. idn77 operates under internationally recognised gaming regulatory standards and is committed to compliance with anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) obligations consistent with global best practice.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of an internationally recognised arbitration body. The language of arbitration shall be English. Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.

For the avoidance of doubt, idn77 does not operate under Indonesian government licensing, as online gambling is legally restricted in Indonesia. Members access the Platform at their own volition and assume full personal responsibility for compliance with any domestic laws applicable to their location.

13 Amendments

idn77 reserves the right to update, amend, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. For material amendments — those that significantly alter Member rights or obligations — idn77 will provide notice via email to the address registered on the Member's Account or via an in-platform notification, no fewer than 7 calendar days before the changes take effect.

Continued use of the idn77 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If a Member does not accept the amended Terms, they must cease using the Platform and contact support to initiate Account closure and any pending withdrawal.
